This is an original piece made out of birch bark. Comes with the frame pictured but can be reframed after purchase. If purchasing you will want to keep out of direct sunlight unless getting museum glass. Direct sunlight could affect the colors of the bark over time. Will also want to keep out of any humid environments where it is made out of dead tree bark. If needing to re-frame in the future, I recommend unlocking the back clamps of the frame, and then push the glass from the front with a finger to get the picture to pop out the back of the frame where you can grab it.
